MRI-Connect

Privacy

This page says what MRI Connect stores when you use the site, and what we do not do with it.

The contact form

If you write to us, we store your name, email address, the subject, the message, and a phone number if you add one. We keep that so we can reply. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to a clinic unless you asked us to forward the message.

Please do not put medical history, scan images, or insurance numbers in that form. A listing page is not a patient record, and the contact form is not a secure way to send clinical details.

Clinic accounts

If you register or claim a listing, we store the account details you enter, such as your name, email, and the clinic you are managing. You can update the public listing from the clinic dashboard. Login uses a session cookie so you stay signed in.

Ads and measurement

Pages may show Google AdSense ads. Google can set cookies to choose and measure those ads. We do not see the profile Google builds from that. We also use Google Analytics when it is turned on, to see which pages are visited. That is aggregate traffic, not a file on you.

The site sets its own cookies for the session, the contact form, and things like a language choice. Those are how the pages work. They are not used to follow you around the web.

Clinic pages

A clinic page shows the clinic's own public details: address, scans, photos, prices, and reviews. That content is about the clinic, not about a patient. If a detail is wrong, use the contact form and we will look at it.

Privacy questions go to the same contact form. There is also a short note about what this site is on the about page.
